Some press documents and pictures on the ftp of Microsoft are a very good indication. If this happens, the games will become a part of the Xbox Originals series you can download for about 15 Euros.
There isn't an official confirmation from MS, but we can definitely recommend both games. The first one is a hilarious action and platform game with an adult humour. The second is a very strong RPG. Wait for the download or run to the store right now. You will find them there for about the same price. And then, you even have a box!
