Courtney Love has no love for Activision

Courtney Love, the drug encylopedia and widow of Grunge founder Kurt Cobain, is furious at Activision by the appearance of her deceased husband in Guitar Hero 5. She even threatens to pursue legal action against the publisher.

This is what Love had to say on her Twitter:

For the record this Guitar Hero shit is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction.

Followed by:

WE are going to sue the shit out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises

We would be very surprised if Activision would have used Cobain without some sort of contract. Making it possible to have him sing non-Nirvana songs and even rap is - in my opinion - a bit over the top though.
