Croteam still lives
Croteam have updated their website with news that they're still working on Serious Sam 3 as well as a few other projects.
The updates states that since the announcement of Serious Sam 3 in 2007, they've been working on the new Serious Engine 3 while actual development of the game has only recently started.
Next to Serious Sam, they've also been working on a military game for Gamecock but development on that has been halted.

Regarding military game we were working for some time, that development was halted some time ago by investors and publishers. We were doing a 'work-for-hire' development there, so after the game was put on hold, there was nothing more to do there and we moved back to our projects. Obviously, the above also means that our next title won't be published by Gamecock, as contrary to last year's published press release by Gamecock
No release date for Serious Sam 3 has been given which shouldn't come as a surprise as development has only "recently" started. What a bummer...In other news:
