When I first heard that a new Pink Panther movie was going to be made, I immediately wondered who would be found to be stupid enough to take over the role of Jacques Clouseau. After all, Peter Sellers has become an icon in this role and standing up to him would be like trying to stand up to Marlon Brando in a remake of The Godfather.
