Codemasters have sent out a pressrelease announcing an upcoming dance game. Now, before you sigh and think to yourself "yet another dance-on-the-mat' game, listen to this!.

With Dance Factory, you will be able to dance to your own CD collection. Just pop your favorite tunes in your PS2 console, switch on the mode of your preference and dance away. The Dance Factory game engine will automatically calculate the moves you will have to dance to score points.

Different modes will be:

• Fitness
• Endurance
• Recorder - watch yourself dance !
• Multiplayer mode
• etc...

Now, we mailed the guys over at Codemasters with the following question: "Where does the CD go, when the game-DVD itself is already in the tray?". Well, as it appears, the game can be fully preloaded! Just load the game and then play as much CD's as you like.

As you can guess, this is a PS2-exclusive game and is sceduled for release around Easter 2006. Now get out and dance the night away...
