Darksiders II confirmed for 2012
THQ has confirmed that Darksiders II is in development by Vigil Games and that it will arrive in stores next year.
In the sequel we'll play as Death, one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, with a story that runs parallel to what happened in the first Darksiders. You'll have to travel through Dark and Light worlds on a quest to save your brother War who's accused of unnecessarily starting the Apocalypse.

Awakened by the End of Days, Death, the most feared of the legendary Four Horsemen, embarks upon a quest to restore mankind, and redeem his brother’s name. Can DEATH really become mankind’s savior?
The world will be a lot bigger and the gameplay will allow you to adjust and improve both weapons and gear. You'll also get a ton of new enemies, bosses and dungeons to wreak havoc in.More information is expected soon.
