Dawn of War v1.2 patch LOCAL

* 1 new 3v3 multiplayer map.

Seer Council Conceal Ability
* Fixed Conceal ability so that it now only applies to individual members of the Seer Council.
Chaos Taint Ability
* Now only heals in the 2nd tier but now applies to Chaos Commander units as well as infantry.

* Removed the 2-minute drop window, where a player could abort a game within 2 minutes of starting and not receive a loss.

* Fixed issues with lobby system to reduce/control spamming.

* Fixed multiple issues with savegame code.
