I guess that's not all about the game since that would be pretty boring...[BLOCK]Details on a new 3D action game called Deathrow will be announced next month. Coming from a group of designers with a web home at www.worldbenders.org, the offering will place gamers in the shoes of a death row inmate. Although details are scant, designer E. Andersson told the Adrenaline Vault that the goal is to cause the gamer to “gasp for air” as he or she experiences the actions, traumas and execution of doomed prisoners from a first-person perspective. The design team is reported to be developing new forms of narration as well as implementing never-before-seen motion-captured animations and unique 3D perspectives. The action will be complemented with music, sound effects and 3D settings tailored to stimulate an “emotional response.” [/BLOCK]
