Microsoft and Bioware let us know what we can expect to find in the limited edition version of Mass Effect for Xbox 360.

The first gadget is the Galactic Codex, a sort of encyclopedia in bookform, telling you nearly everything about the creatures and locations in the game.

You'll also get an Art Book, complete with concept drawings, allowing you to compare the world the designers initially had in mind and that of the final product.

Like it should there's also an extra DVD containing some information about the story, graphics and behind-the-scene footage.

The wait ends on 23rd November when Mass Effect releases.

Indeed. I hear some game developers are currently working on a way for hardcore gamers to harvest energy directly from games as they play them, and therefore receive full nourishment. Apparently we'll still need to take toilet breaks though.
