Devil May Cry 4 stays exclusive?

Capcom made an end to the rumours that Devil May Cry 4 will come to Xbox 360 too. The people of Kotaku asked it to the Japanese developer and this was their answer:

"Capcom does not comment on rumors. Devil May Cry 4 is exclusive to PS3. No other announcements have been made."

So the upcoming adventure in which not Dante, but Nero will be the new main character, stays a PS3 exclusive. But wasn't this said of among others Resident Evil 4, Killer 7 and Viewtiful Joe too?
