Diablo III confirmed!
Blizzard has confirmed the development of Diablo III at their Worldwide Invitational event in Paris.

According to various sites who are live at the scene Blizzard has also shown actual in-game footage, which proves that this third Diablo game is still all about isometric hack & slashing but this time in beatiful 3D and with much larger scaled enemies. Also confirmed are male and female versions of same character classes (like Barbarians and a new Witch Doctor class which can mindcontrol, use lots of pets and summon walls of living zombies), more interactivity with the environment and the fact that pretty much all gear is unique for every class. Jay Wilson (ex-Relic) is the Lead Designer. Deckard Cain is also back. :)
We'll probably have to wait a long while before this comes out but at least now we know it's coming.
