Dirty Harry game to have new story and plenty of violence

The New York Times has word from Warner Bros Interactive's Vice-President, Jason Hall, that their upcoming Dirty Harry game will have a completely new storyline that has never been used in any of the movies.
Hall further commented that the game will have more than enough violence to match the controversiality the movies had when they were released back in the days.
No news was given on whether the game would be in first or third person view.
