It seems that Activision may be looking for a replacement for its now obliterated music games business unit. And what's better to replace music than a company that's well-known for publishing controversial games? Hey! Any press is good press, right?
Anyway, the latest rumours are claiming that Activision has set its eyes on rival publisher Take Two, which has 2K Games and Rockstar Games in its pocket.

Let's just put it down as rumour for now. Take Two already fought off a hostile takeover by Electronic Arts in 2008, and I'm pretty sure they're not interested in getting bought to see their IP's milked and then be thrown out when the money stops flowing.
