Dogtag developer KaosKontrol have sent out a press release announcing that they've terminated their publishing agreement with Digital Jesters due to breach of contract. Furthermore, they've also started up a petition against DJ to get a compulsory Winding-Up of the company 'Digital Jesters Distribution' and last but not least they're even thinking about setting steps to start a lawsuit against DJ's CEO for fraud.

KaosKontrol will be looking for another publisher to make sure Dogtag gets released.
