Two weeks ago Activision held an analyst presentation, one outlining its plans for fiscal '06. While the presentation revealed quite a bit about the company’s future plans, with word on Quake 4, Call Of Duty sequel on the PC platform, True Crime 2 being released during the period and an Ultimate Spider-Man based game, it appears that’s not all the company has lined up.

Of course, what’s arguably the most significant news from the presentation came through the Q&A session, which had Activision revealing that DOOM 3 will in fact be released during this calendar year; before January 2005.
