Dragonball is most popular I-net search
According to the popular search engine lycos, the most sought after topic in 2002 was Dragonball. Apparently, the Japanese animation series has quite some fans looking for episodes, facts and memorabilia... Second place is taken by Kazaa and third place surprisingly by "tattoo"... which will piss off Britney Spears because she's only fourth :)...

Yes, we know there are still plenty of people who have never heard of it, but Dragonball is still immensely popular on the Internet thanks to teens and college-age Japanese animation buffs. It was strong enough to remain the top term in 2002 even though searches dropped off by 10 percent compared to the year before. Dragonball spent 25 weeks at #1 in 2001, but only 13 weeks at #1 in 2002.
