3DActionplanet posted an interview with Steven Parsons, from Dragonstone Software about their upcoming adventure Dragon's Lair 3D[BLOCK]Steven Parsons: Dragon's Lair 3D will use the toon-shaded look on its characters and animated objects, and we will be using detailed texture maps to enhance the environment and characters. Jet Grind Radio used similar toon-shading techniques, but they do not have textures as detailed and they apply the toon-shaded/flat shaded-solid texture look to the entire environment as well as to the characters. We felt the selective use of the toon-like alteration of the environment will look much more like Dragon's Lair and generally be a lot more interesting[/BLOCK]
