This is what you get when you combine two popular franchises. Koei's Dynasty Warriors has been a fan favourite for a long time (ironically, everyone else thinks the games are way too repetitive and boring) and the robots from Gundam are cherished by especially teenagers. And thus we get Dynasty Warriors: Gundam a pure slasher, featuring mechs. And though I hate to admit it, the first screens do look nice.
