E3 2009 with booth babes
After some years of absence, the booth babes will be allowed again this year at E3 2009.
A year later E3 was also downsized, almost leading to its demise, but it seems that the expo is trying to make a comeback this year.
"Models are allowed," ESA spokesperson Dan Hewitt told us, "but having them is a choice exhibitors make for themselves."
In 2006 the ESA prohibited booth babes at E3. Companies that did have scarcely dressed ladies at their stands, received after one warning a fine of 5000 USD. A year later E3 was also downsized, almost leading to its demise, but it seems that the expo is trying to make a comeback this year.
