EA faces two more lawsuits for DRM

It seems people can't get enough of filing suit against EA for using SecuROM and DRM.
A Pennsylvania man, Richard Eldridge, filed suit because Spore Creature Creator installed SecuROM secretely on his PC while Dianna Cortez of Missouri is claiming something similar about The Sims 2: Bon Voyage.

Previously, a woman called Melissa Thomas filed suit in September for SecuROM being used in Spore. Thomas and Eldridge are represented by the same lawfirm.
