EA's line-up for X06 this evening
Games giant Electronic Arts let CVG know what they will be showing at Microsoft's X06 that starts tonight.
Besides the obliged updates of all the sports franchises (FIFA, NHL, Tiger Woods, NBA), we'll get to see more of Need for Speed: Carbon, Superman Returns and Half-Life 2.
It will be the first time HL2 is shown on the 360, so we hope for gameplay footage or even a demo!
Half-Life 2, NFS: Carbon and Superman Returns are the most notable Xbox 360 games on the publisher's list, with obligatory sports updates FIFA 07, NHL 07, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 and NBA LIVE 07 also primed for playable appearances at the show.
Being big Freeman-fans, we're finding Half-Life 2's appearance the most exciting of EA's line-up, as its appearance at X06 would be the first time we've seen the game running on the Xbox 360 - although it's currently unclear whether Valve's next-gen port will be present in playable or in video form.
