It won't be Splash Damage that will do the porting work but Nerve Software (for the Xbox 360 version, these guys are known for the RTCW- and Doom³-consoleports) and Z-Axis (PS3 version, this studio has also made X-Men: The Official Game and Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX).
A release is scheduled for 2007.
