Elder Scrolls MMO confirmed... again?

Bethesda Softworks apparently has been trying to get some public transcripts from the court case against Interplay removed in order to hide development of an "upcoming MMO". Pretty strange seeing that back in 2007 we already reported that the company had registered elderscrollsonline.com.
VG247 meanwhile is also reporting that "anonymous sources" have confirmed to them that it is indeed The Elder Scrolls Online (Working title).
So, what is Bethesda Softworks trying to hide? Well, according to the transcripts that "tens and tens of millions of dollars" have been put into the project already and that "close to a hundred people" are working on a "secret World Of Warcraft type MMO".
