Electronic Arts divided in four parts
Publisher Electronic Arts is planning to divide their company to increase the efficiency. There would be four departments: EA Games, EA Sports, EA Casual Entertainment and - oh yes - The Sims.
The split would be the result of a successful test project within the company to give The Sims department some more space:

The changes, based on the success of a pilot program that placed games based on "The Sims" franchise into their own unit, mean it will require fewer executives to sign off on new games or to approve launching an existing game on a different platform or in a different regions.
