European GBA price drop confirmed

Nintendo Europe has sent out a press release confirming the rumors that have been going around about a price drop for the GameBoy Advance in Europe. The new retail price will be €99.95 as of September 24th, some 30 euro's less than before

Nintendo of Europe today announced that as of 24 September 2004, Game Boy Advance SP, the world's best selling and most stylish handheld console is now more affordable than ever. At the amazing new price of around £69, UK consumers will now make a saving of around £20 on the current price1 and have two great new limited edition Game Boy Advance SP bundles to choose from.

The new limited edition budles will be released on November 12th and November 19th and will contain Mario vs. Donkey Kong or Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
