European game biz equals that of North America

Lazard Capital Markets analyst Colin Sebastian had a lot to say after the Games Convention in Leipzig.

First off: according to him the gaming industry in Europe has just about matched that of North America, making Europe a key market for publishers. Especially Activision-Blizzard and THQ will be looking at Europe for extensive growth.

Equally interesting, he also stated to believe new consoles won't appear before 2011 or 2012.
