European gamesindustry mad at Canada

Tiga(lobby group of the European gamesindustry) is quite agitated that Canada keeps luring European developers and publishers with extra legal benefits. Companies like Ubisoft, Electronic Arts and Eidos all start to develop more games over there, simply because it's financially more attractive.
After several complaints, the UK Ministry of Culture, Media and Sport is opening a formal investigation in to the support the gamesindustry is receiving from the Canadian government. Tiga finds that the legal beneftis are in conflict with the principles of the World Trade Organization.

"The Canadians have driven a tank over the French Citroen and have now parked on our lawn," Paul Jackson, head of the industry organization representing British games studios, complained to the Financial Times earlier this week. "It is becoming very challenging to keep core development studios here."
