Extreme PvP Weekend in Guild Wars

Sharpen your blades, get your gear together, order those skills in a proper way and participate in the Guild Wars PvP Extreme Weekend (PvPX).

What makes this three-day event so 'Extreme' then? Well, during this weekend, you'll get a lot more faction points out of Player vs Player (PvP) fights than you would normally do.

Earn 5 times the faction awards for wins in high-level arenas and tournament play!

Earn 2.5 times the faction awards for wins in guild-vs-guild play!

This weekend only, gain full faction for guild-vs-guild victories, regardless of the period of time you've been a member of your guild.

So, it'll be THE opportunity to gain more faction and thus unlock more skills/items/runes for an existing character or an all-new PvP character.

This is your chance to super buff your character. Be there. The competition will be.

The Extreme Weekend will kick off at 12:01 am PDT on Friday the 26th of August and will end at 11:59 pm PDT on Sunday the 28th of August.
