F1 2011: first reviews and last dev diary
F1 2011 arrives in stores next week and that of course means the first reviews are appearing online.
It looks like Codemasters' latest F1 racer is doing a good job:

It looks like Codemasters' latest F1 racer is doing a good job:
Other changes might be less headline-grabbing, but offer more long-term value. The AI has been adjusted for the better, with the other racers being more determined to hold their racing line under pressure. The handling model has been tweaked too - it's now easier to understeer when entering corners, meaning you can't get away with bombing it around the
track like a maniac.
Zoning in on the finer details, all of the 12 F1 teams now come dressed in their updated 2011 liveries (including the impossibly gorgeous Lotus Renault team).
Codemasters has also released the fourth and final development diary for the game which features Senior Producer Paul Jeal and Chief Games Designer Stephen Hood talking about the safety car and season updates:track like a maniac.
