Fable 2 in the makings for Xbox360?
Posted on Tuesday, 8 November 2005 by Mario, source: Computerandvideogame
The rumormill is spinning at full speed again. The subject this time is Peter Molyneux's possible follow-up to the succesful rpg Fable. Word has it that they're working on a Xbox360 version of...Fable 2.
My tone of voice reveals the amount of guessing that's going on here. But deep down every gamer feels that there has to be a sequel. If it will be released on the Xbox360 is still to be seen, but there's a possibility.
The guys over at CVG claim to already have some information about the gameplay. As in the previous game you'll start as a little toddler and grow up as you progress in the game. But there's more. This time around you'll have a little sidekick. Apparently Lionhead has played Nintendogs a bit too much as this sidekick will be a dog. Men's best friend will also grow up during the game and depending on your style of play it will be a happy little pug or a angry big rottweiler.
Sounds nice, doesn't it? Well, yes it does, but they'll have to come up with more than that to convince me. I remember the hype around Fable when Molyneux promissed a lot and far from everything made the game. So let's not jump to any conclusions. We'll have to wait and see! Until that time: Fragland will keep you posted!.
