Fallout 3 'Broken Steel' is broken, pulled from GfWL

Bethesda Softworks has managed to push out another broken DLC. The latest downloadable pack, ironically named Broken Steel, appears to fail on many PC installations of the game.

Over at the Bethesda Forums there are plenty of users reporting the following message:

"Not a cryptographic message or the cryptographic message is not formatted correctly. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8009200D)."

Bethesda themselves are looking into it and the DLC has been removed from Games for Windows Live Marketplace.
