There are a lot of juicy bits in it, but the most important ones are that F3, while it uses a modified Oblivion engine, doesn't have a lot of features typical for the The Elder Scrolls games (levelscaling, jack-of-all-trades character, etc.). It doesn't look to be a complete Fallout game as well though with a real-time with pause combat system, first person/third person viewpoints and a graphical design that looks a lot more gray and less colourful than the original games.
Coming to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2008.
