Fallout: New Vegas DLC filled with bugs
Obsidian Entertainment really isn't learning any lessons it seems.
While Fallout: New Vegas was plagued with all kinds of bugs upon release, the devs stated they would fix things and make sure to prevent similar issues in the future. Now the Honest Hearts DLC has been released, and what do we see? Yup, bugs!
The official forums of publisher Bethesda Softworks are being filled with people reporting issues with the DLC. Several are reporting that they experience crashes, while others are apparently still having issues regarding previously reported bugs in the "E-DE, My Love" side quest from the original game.
One of the maintainers of the Bethesda Blog has responded to a user complaining about the E-DE issue with the following:

Frank — we are aware of the issue and are working on a fix for the next patch.
That said, if you already have a save game where the bug is occurring, the fix will not apply and you’ll need to revert to an earlier save prior to ED-E leaving in order to play through Honest Hearts
