Japanese people are truly in love with the Nintendo DS and its games, but every household has also a PS2 sitting next to the fireplace. I mean, Sony is playing the home game over there, guys.

A fact that shows itself in the sale figures of Final Fantasy XII, the RPG from Square-Enix. That the series is quite popular, is already known but selling 1.7 million copies of FF XII in one week is simply stunning.
