Fireaxis exchanges Civ Revolution II for sci-fi game
Superannuation, the internet investigator, has again put their nose in other man's pockets.
This time they uncovered that the curriculum vitaeof character artist David Jones, listed his work on Civilization Revolution II, which apparently has been cancelled.
Superannuation deducts from this that Firaxis is still working hard on a sci-fi game for 2K Games. It also confirms the foundings they had back in 2008.
What we can expect from the strategy developer Firaxis is currently unknown, but rumours suggest it might be a sequel to the classic X-Com. Personally I would rather bet on a new Alpha Centauri
Before we end this post, the investigator made another discovered another thing in a former Firaxis employee's CV, namely that of Chris Doyle. The man currently works at Vigil (the guys behind Darksiders) and his curriculum vitae mentions he's currently working on an unannounced Unreal Engine 3 game. Darksiders 2 on the Unreal Engine? Or something completely new?
