Firmware 2.40 walkthrough Part 2 + Date

Earlier today we showed you the walkthrough on the in-game XBM which will come with the new 2.40 firmware update. Now, just hours later, Sony announces the release of the firmware patch, being Wednesday, the 2nd of July.

Apart from the XBM, it also delivers the PlayStation Trophies (best compared to the Xbox 360 Achievements). In part two of the walkthrough, which can be found below, Eric Lempel will be giving more info on this feature.
