First details on Half-Life 2 Episode 2
Posted on Friday, 16 June 2006 by Anneleen, source: Worthplaying
In the latest edition of the British magazine PC Gamer a great number of features for Half-Life 2: Episode 2 has been listed.
The sequel to (duh) Episode 1 will have one new weapon, named Strider Buster.
Valve will also create some three new locations, on which great battles like those of Battlefield 2 should take place.
On top of that the gravity gun will have a new characteristic, but what this will be exactly hasn't been revealed yet.
Half-Life 2: Episode 2 will be released summer 2007, only on PC.
Update:
Valve's Gabe Newell said something else about the release date in an interview with Eurogamer though, Episode 2 should come out this Christmas and the third (also final) part of this trilogy will be available in the summer of 2007.
