Back in the days just after Duke3D was released, talk was going on that a sequel was in the works but nobody could have expected it to take this long for development to finish.

This year, however, it will arrive! After a trailer of Duke Nukem Forever also the first gameplay footage has surfaced. Only a small 30 seconds, but gameplay footage is gameplay footage!

The images date from quite some time ago (this was once done as a favor but nobody ever thought this program would air) so the quality of the images isn't quite representative of what 3D Realms have going at the moment. Too bad for 3D Realms but not for us, just click above and check it out.
