First images of Project Natal dev kit?

Not really spectacular, but an Italian gaming site (Multiplayer.it) got some images through an anonymous source of a development kit for Project Natal.
We haven't received a lot of details on the controls for the Xbox 360 for now, but E3 will probably change all that.
The source couldn't be confirmed, but the man claims he was invited by a research agency to test the hard- and software.
In the pics we see a Natal prototype with amongst other things a USB connection and some sort of manual in which you can read that you best place the camera horizontally. There's also debugging software visible for Windows 7 in which it seems that you need to say a few lines so that the microphones recognise your speech.
