Despite the fact that the console versions of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 4: Lockdown have been in the shops for several months now, the PC version still isn't released. Rumours even said that the PC version wan't a part of Ubisoft's plan anymore, but a few days later Ubisoft denied this with great force.

Ubisoft just needs more time than originally thougt to adapt the graphics to PC norms. Moreover, Ubisoft will include a few extra's to the content. There will be, for example, a few new weapons and also a couple of new multiplayer maps, that are not included in the console versions.

At this moment, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 4: Lockdown is announced for the beginning of 2006, but you can start enjoying the new screenshots now:

Damn man, this looks ugly. Where is the great indoor realistic shooter wich was called Rainbow Six. Now let's hope they do something about this crap. And it looks like the graphics go back to the stoneage.
