Stardock annouced the second expansion of Galactic Civilizations at the Games Convention. Under the name Twilight of the Arnor, you will be able to play the end of the Dreadlord Saga which has been the central story in the last 3 games. Besides a brand new campaign, there will also be plenty of other content, including a deathstar look-a-like of Star Wars. The expansion will be released November this year.
