Ubisoft has given us some more information about the difference between the console and the pc version of Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2. A separate development team, GRIN, is working on that last one and promises amongst others a more tactical experience with the possibility to work out your strategy on a map in advance and to give more orders to your team mates during the game.

On pc, you will also have an extra multiplayer mode, Assault vs Recon:


Here, you will alternately play as Ghost, with all the necessary military gadgets, and as Mexican rebel, without the newest technologies but with the heavy stuff.

There will also be a map editor to make your own maps. This will allow you to use the new digital camouflage that automatically adjusts itself to the environment. Moreover, there will be downloadable content and more weapons.

You can expect the pc version on March 30 and the version for Xbox 360 on March 9. We have played the preview for a while and we can assure you it will be a very intense experience!
