Gears of War 2 coming very close?
Will it be seen at the Game Developers Conference?
GamePro, an American magazine, has shown their new cover with Rainbow Six Vegas 2 as main article. However, more remarkable is the fact they mention Gears of War 2, with a new logo. What exactly they'll say about the game isn't known yet.
It did raise rumours that the successor of the X360 top game GoW will be shown at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco in two weeks. These rumours are supported by the news that John Schappert from Xbox Live will do the keynote on the event and the fact that the stand of Epic will be very big and right next to that of Microsoft.

However, Epic Games vice president Mark Rein has told Eurogamer that GDC is "the show where we sell our engine not our games".
He also pointed out that blogged images of Epic and Microsoft's stands unfairly compared the size of show floor booths to expo suites, which accounted for the fact that - for instance - Microsoft's stand could apparently eat Nintendo, Sony and Nokia and still have room to wash them down with the German Pavilion.
Rein also said that if a publisher wants to announce a game, they don't want anything to do with it.He also pointed out that blogged images of Epic and Microsoft's stands unfairly compared the size of show floor booths to expo suites, which accounted for the fact that - for instance - Microsoft's stand could apparently eat Nintendo, Sony and Nokia and still have room to wash them down with the German Pavilion.
