Geometry Wars: Galaxies coming to Wii and DS
As the name tells us, Geometry Wars: Galaxies is about a war with geometrical figures. It first appeared in Project Gotham Racing 2 on the Xbox and later got a successor on Xbox Live.
Galaxies however will only appear for Nintendo Wii and DS, and will be the first to support multiplayer. Connectivity between the two platforms would also be possible, although under the form of extra features.

For the first time ever, the Geometry Wars videogame will let players battle via hot seat, co-op, simultaneous and versus in multiplayer mode. Those that own both the Nintendo DS and Wii can link the game together using Wi-Fi to unlock bonus content. Elite players will be able to challenge the universe by posting high scores on the Wii’s online leader board.
As the finishing touch, you'll also receive the full version of Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, the Xbox Live game I talked about earlier. A releasedate is not yet known.
