Get your EA titles steaming hot
Posted on Tuesday, 23 December 2008 by daffeh, source: Steampowered
Valve Software updated its store last night and when they do we are always curious what the new goodies are.
This time it seems that EA has finally taken the bait of sweet digital distribution and decided to put some titles on Steam.
From now on you can download Spore, Spore Creepy & Cute Parts Pack, Mass Effect, Need for Speed Undercover and FIFA Manager 2009. Expected to follow soon are Mirror's Edge, Command & Conquer Red Alert 3, and Dead Space.
There was a bit of commotion when it seemed they forgot Europe was a part of '...in most of Europe, the United States and Canada' as stated on their site. Apparently they got around to fixing it just in time for us to wake up so we Europeans can start our leeching too, except if you live in the UK for some reason. Oh, the Japanese are also not welcome at this time. Still waiting on comments as to why those countries were excluded.
