Gamesindustry.biz is reporting that the newly formed management at Take2 will already have their hands full as the company has received another lawsuit.
Ghost Rider comic book creator Gary Friedrich is sueing the publisher along with a bunch of other companies including Sony Pictures, Marvel Enterprises, Columbia TriStar, Hasbro, Relativity Media, Crystal Sky Pictures and Michael De Luca Productions, for copyright infringements.

Friedrich is accusing the companies of embarking on a "joint venture and conspiracy to exploit, profit from and utilise" the Ghost Rider copyright, according to Reuters.
The suit claims that this included, but was not limited to, the use of the character "in movie theatre presentations and promotions, commercials, action figure toys, videogames, clothing and novels". There are 21 alleged violations in total.

These morons are all trying to sue Take2 at exactly the time when they're most vulnerable. As if these violations hadn't been occuring for a while now.
