Guitar Hero dev sponsors fansite
ScoreHero, a fansite that will keep a scores record of all wannabe rock heros, was already looking for sponsors to finance an upgrade of their servers. Because the site forsaw that $10.000 would be needed, the developer decide to help a bit by donating 2 grants.
In repeating a call for donations earlier this month, a Score Hero administrator said the money will go to a top-of-the-line server and satisfy the site's needs for the next 18 months to 2 years.
With this money the site hopes to be ready for the expected success of Guitar Hero III, which will be released later this year.
