H.A.W.X. 2 PC gets delayed again

It seems PC gamers will have to wait again a tad longer to be able to play Tom Clancy`s H.A.W.X. 2.
In August, Ubisoft already stated that the game would become a timed exclusive for Xbox360, with the PC version not coming out until October 1st, but it seems that date has again been pushed back.
Ubisoft Entertainment sent out word to those that preordered it through the Ubi Shop that it won't be available for download until November 16th:

I pre-ordered HAWX 2 Deluxe US edition....
Website said I could download (only no disks BTW) the game 9/30/10...I said great!
Get an e-mail from Ubi-soft shop on 9/16/10 saying the game will be delayed to 11/1/10! Ok an extra month really? I Pray there making the PC version un-bugged etc. (then I woke up!)
Get an e-mail from Ubi-Soft shop today 9/20/10.....Yep the game will be delayed till 11/16/10! Looking like "all I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth....Hawx 2" oh whatever the lyrics are! LOL
