Halo PC Interview
HomeLan Fed had an interesting chat with Gearbox Software's head man; Randy Pitchford as well as Bungie producer Michel Bastien to get an update on both the PC and Mac versions of the game.
HomeLAN - Can you describe what the new multiplayer maps will be like in the game?
Randy Pitchford - At E3, we had tons of people playing two of the six new maps we’ve created. One of them is called Timberland – which is a cool forest battlefield that’s great for tank fights. The other one is called Gephyrophobia (which means “fear of bridges”). It’s a lot of fun with sniper perches and Banshee dog fighting around the bridge supports.
At E3, there were people waiting in line for thirty minutes or so just to get a chance to play. When we saw people finish their turn and just get back in-line again, we knew that something was being done right.
