Well, delaying Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince doesn't really cost EA that much money but it does mean income that won't appear in the company's 2008 fiscal year.

The thing is: delaying income isn't as such a big problem but it can affect your shares price as investors tend to think short-term these days and don't like seeing $120 million expected revenue go away for a while.

I guess EA better do extremely well with the rest of their games this year as otherwise their shareholders (on short term) may become a bit pissed.
